Once you open the page it leads you to a list of classrooms. Once you reach the classroom list, select the classroom. On the durations page you can select how much time you want to book the room for. It will ask a follow-up question on if you want to add more time to that slot. You will reach the calander to select the date and time when you want your session to start.
Please do not forget to go to the cart and 'purchase' the slot you want to that it can save you in there or else you will not be able to book that room.
If it is not an SPE, kindly show the people in there you booked the room.
If the people were not aware of MaP rooms before, give a brief explanation on it and kindly ask if they could leave so you can use the room as intended.
Booking a room is not just for hanging out with your friends in there for a long time and using the excuse of "I booked the room". It should be used to book it for studying, meetings, or working on projects. This eliminates the issue of walking around the school trying to find a class to work in.
Teachers hold priority over a room, especially if they have a meeting or SPE in that classroom. However, ask the teacher first how long they are going to be there for. If you desperately need to use that room, discuss with them respectfully and come to an agreement.

Some classes, e.g. B3 have to be locked after a specific time for many reasons. Other rooms will be used for SPEs every week on that same day so you can't book a room that has a SPE happening.
You can use this to even confirm when your SPE is.
In the top left corner of the home page, there should be an account option with your name if you were logged in.
Click it, go to "My Bookings" and delete the booking manually
If it is not working out for you, go to the contact page and concact one of us to get it deleted for you
